## Flags for every command

```bash
npx @c15t/cli@alpha projects list --json --no-telemetry
```

|Flag|Behavior|
|--|--|
|`--help`, `-h`|Show help and the options supported by a command.|
|`--version`, `-v`|Report the installed CLI version.|
|`--cwd <directory>`|Resolve the command's project directory without changing the caller's working directory.|
|`--logger <level>`|Choose the diagnostic log level.|
|`--yes`, `-y`|Accept confirmation prompts. Does not supply missing names, modes, or URLs.|
|`--non-interactive`|Fail when required input would need a prompt.|
|`--json`|Return one versioned JSON result on stdout and disable prompts.|
|`--no-telemetry`|Disable telemetry.|
|`--telemetry-debug`|Enable telemetry diagnostics.|

String options accept both `--name value` and `--name=value`. Unknown commands, unknown flags, missing flag values, and flags used with the wrong command return a failure.

`--json` controls presentation. It does not grant permission to apply a setup plan or database migration. Use the command's explicit application option.

## Telemetry

Set `C15T_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=1` or `C15T_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=true` to disable telemetry for executable invocations. `--no-telemetry` also disables it. Telemetry is off by default when calling the JavaScript library.

## Exit status

Successful commands return `0`. Failed commands return `1`. Command cancellation returns `130`. JSON results include the corresponding `exitCode`, `success`, and error details.
