Not active on c15t until gated: Vercel Speed Insights and Sentry Session Replay are turned off on c15t properties. When re-enabled, they will require measurement permission. Sentry error reporting may still run as a necessary reliability tool.
GPC: honoured as measurement denial where the shared adapter applies.
Server-side: markdown/agent analytics may run without browser cookies.
